# Atlas OS V1 Product Scope

## Product decision

Atlas OS is the personalized Customer Zero implementation of W-BOS for The Wizards. W-BOS is the reusable framework that may become a commercial product only after internal proof. V1 is therefore a founder-first executive decision and execution workspace, not a horizontal enterprise suite.

The operating unit is one successful governed cycle:

1. **Sense** — establish current state, source authority, freshness, and evidence.
2. **Frame** — define the issue, consequence, assumptions, owner, and missing inputs.
3. **Decide** — record options, authority, rationale, conditions, dissent, and review trigger.
4. **Commit** — assign an outcome, owner, definition of done, deadline, and dependencies.
5. **Monitor** — surface variance and exceptions early enough to change the outcome.
6. **Act** — complete approved human actions; external automated actions are deferred.
7. **Learn** — compare expected and actual results and preserve the reusable lesson.

- Public registration, external customers, and broad commercialization
- General CRM, finance ledger, payroll, HR, project management, or document-management replacement
- Atlas Core extraction, Studio, public API, Marketplace, editions, and partner ecosystem
- Autonomous executive authority or unreviewed consequential action
- Native mobile application, multi-region deployment, and enterprise identity federation
- Live OpenAI or other AI-provider calls until a key, use-case registry, evaluation, budget, and kill switch are approved

## H0 Customer Zero evidence gate

V1 supports the 8–12 week proof required for G1. Progression should require:

- one material recurring workflow and accountable sponsor;
- representative live use without continuous founder rescue;
- one accepted outcome compared with a recorded baseline;
- complete cost, manual intervention, incident, and limitation evidence;
- no unresolved critical security, privacy, AI, safety, or continuity blocker;
- no customer-specific core fork;
- a documented go, narrow, repeat, defer, or stop decision.
